Hamilton Reserves Vacation neighborhood near Medieval Times
just 1 mile off the Hwy. 192, few miles from Disney theme parks,
and many other major attractions. Interstate I-4 is just 10
minutes from highway 192. This is a very quiet area away from
the main road, yet very convenient to all major Restaurants,
Shopping Malls, Place of Attractions, Banks and Highways.
Airport: Orlando International airport is only 20 to 30 minutes.
Sanford International is 1-1/2 hour away.
We are approximately 45 minutes to Melbourne Beach and 1 hour
and 15 minutes to famous Daytona and Vero Beach. Kennedy Space
Center is Close to Daytona.
DESCRIPTION
OF THE VILLA
Our 4 bedroom,
2- 1/2 bath homes have all the necessary amenities and comfort
for a wonderful vacation. Master bed room has queen size bed,
with Whirlpool tub, shower TV/VCR. Etc. The second bed room
has full size bed and the other two bed rooms have twin beds
each. All the bed rooms are on the second floor.
We provide all the linens, towels, hair dryers, kitchenware,
stove, dish washer, garbage disposer etc. In the breakfast
area we have the laundry washer, and dryer. The villas have
central air and heat. Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, Dining Room,
Living Room, all have plenty of room for your family. There
is more than ¼ Acre of backyard where children will
definitely enjoy the outdoor Hot Summer Barbeque and all other
activities.
There are two TV's & VCR's and DVD player for your enjoyment.
We also have some DVDS and VHS Movies and books free
of charge for your viewing pleasure. We have a very
nice pool with loungers and a table chairs in the lanai area
with a den overlooking the pool area, where you have the comfort
of relaxing and watching your favorite movies or music. Parents
can keep an eye on their children playing or swimming while
they cook or relax. We also have on request high chair, stroller,
and crib for a charge of $2.00 per item per day. Heated
Pool is extra. There is a $20.00 per day
charge added if heated pool is requested.

POLICIES
Deposits:
We need a refundable $300.00 security deposit. The security
deposit is returned to you on the day of departure when we confirm
that the Villa and its contents are returned in the same condition
it was rented to you. Any damage to the villa or its contents
will be charged to the customer who rents the villa.
Reservation: We urge you to reserve your vacation
rental well ahead on time, so that we can accommodate your request.
Acceptable Method of Payment: We accept Cash,
Travelers Check, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, or Personal Checks.
A valid credit card is needed to hold your reservation. (Note:
Personal checks need 7-10 days to clear the bank)
Rental Time: From 3 PM on the day of arrival
until 11 AM on the day of departure.
Keys: You can pick up the keys to the villa
at any time from Sunrise Motel between 8 AM to 10 PM. If you
are getting late please let us know.” We will be there
to help you”.
Location: Sunrise Motel is located on 801 West
Vine Kissimmee, Florida, 34741 on the same highway 192. The
villa is just 4 miles from Sunrise Motel. We will provide you
printed directions to the villa when you pick up the keys.
Smoking: This property is a NON-SMOKING environment.
You are allowed to smoke in the pool area only.
Pets: No Pets are allowed.
Rental Cars: We can also make arrangements
for rental cars, if you need one.
Refunds: We will give a full refund up to 60
days before your trip. Any cancellation requires 45 days notice
prior to the date of rental.
